S&C Certified personal trainer programs are built individually for each athlete and member. Custom designed for the needs to help the athlete excel in each of their positions.
Personal training programs developed to help individuals who want to expand their
understanding of techniques and exercises, focusing on their desired goals. All under the supervision of a certified personal trainer.

Speed & Agility

Our focus is to work with individuals or groups in getting them to the next level. We work with numerous ages from grade school to college athletes. Our exercises range from agility ladders to running techniques and hurdles. The program is written for the individual. If we work in a group, members will be at a similar level of experience.
